High Holidays 2018

On behalf of the Beth Am Board of Directors, Clergy and Staff, we wish you a Shana Tovah; a year of good health, joy and blessings! We are happy you will be joining us in worship and celebration this High Holiday season. We value your participation in building and creating meaningful High Holy Days!

We are delighted that we will be returning to 225 North McHenry Road, the Buffalo Grove Park District Community Arts Center, for our 2018 High Holy Day season.

As in years past, we will have tickets for purchase for family and friends of members and to non-Beth Am members as well. The recently renovated sanctuary space is theatre-style, and seating is limited therefore, tickets will be required for all services except for Family worship on both Rosh Hashanah Evening and Yom Kippur Evening (Kol Nidre). Family services are free and open to the community: we welcome you and your friends to these special services! We are pleased to offer childcare, for the 9:00am Holiday Services, childcare will not be available at other worship times.

High Holiday Forms are only available below or in the synagogue office. Once again, a Yizkor service with Rabbi Bellows and Cantorial Soloist Heather Aranyi will immediately follow the Yom Kippur Contemporary service and will be repeated in the afternoon following the Afternoon Yom Kippur worship You will find these services listed on the schedule below.

Completed High Holy Day ticket forms should be returned to us by August 21st.

If you have questions or would like further information about our High Holy Days, please do not hesitate to call the synagogue office and we will be pleased to assist you.
